On December 21, 2008 our family lost 4 horses in a barn fire at a show in Verndale, MN. The horses we lost were my dad's team penning and sorting show horses. They were all successful in the show pen, earning hundreds of AQHA points and even World show titles.
These fine horses fueled my dad's passion for his sport. My dad and his horses travelled many miles together as a team. They formed a bond that was undeniable. He will always treasure the years he had with these special horses. We all miss them dearly.
